Return and Refund Policy

You don't pay for something you cannot use or have not used.

WorkshopJAX sells mostly time with the rooms, equipment and tools, like the 3d printer, or the laser engraving machine.  When it is in your hands, no one else can use it.

Cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before your reservation and you will not be charged and any payment will be refunded.

WorkshopJAX sells supplies, but does not ship anything.  If you came and bought supplies, and didn't use them you can return them for your money back.  It can be up to a year later.  If we no longer stock the item you will need a receipt.  

If we special order something for you, we will notify you when it comes in. Personalized items must be paid as WorkshopJAX can't return them.  If it is supplies or equipment, you can reject it, and WorkshopJAX can return it to their supplier, or add it to their inventory at their choice. When you reject something, you no longer have a claim on it.

If you buy a something, and use it, and it turned out to be something you aren't happy with,  you cannot return it for money.  If it is still somewhat useful to the clients and customers of WorkshopJAX, we may offer partial credit.

You can cancel reservations online and by phone.  Expect a couple of days for a credit to show up.  It will be applied to the payment method you used.
